Vexil Systems ("we", "us") operates vexilsystems.com. This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit. The short version: this site does not track you.
This site has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking technology of any kind. We do not collect personal information through this site.
Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes standard technical data needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This appears in short-lived server logs that we do not use to identify visitors. Vercel's own privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
If you email us at sales@vexilsystems.com, we receive your address and whatever you send. We use it to reply and keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation is relevant. We do not add you to mailing lists.
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process the technical data described above on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing this site, and correspondence on the basis of responding to your request.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for advertising. The only third party that processes visitor data is our hosting infrastructure (Vercel).
The site is served from a global content delivery network and data is processed in the United States. By using the site you understand that requests are handled on US infrastructure.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal data we hold about you, to object to processing, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA, including the right to know and delete; we do not sell personal information as defined there. Because this site collects nothing beyond what is described above, in most cases there is simply nothing on file, but you can always ask at sales@vexilsystems.com and we will respond.
This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we ever add forms, analytics, or anything else that touches your data, this policy will be updated first and the date above will change.
